Overview


The Gauteng region has the largest membership in the Services SETA and it constitutes more than 50% of the Services SETA member-base.

The Gauteng Regional Office provides service to stakeholders for both the Gauteng Province and the North West Province.

The Gauteng Regional Office:

  • Strives to ensure that Customer Service etiquette is maintained and improved on a daily basis with regards to all stakeholders, learners, providers etc.
  • To communicate relevant information and ensure that a good customer supplier relationship is maintained at all times.
  • Is committed to ensuring that all NSDS 2 targets relevant to our region are fulfilled with excellence.
  • All projects implemented within our region are quality assured and carried out with service excellence.
  • Uphold and improve a greater stakeholder interaction.
  • To be a support element to all chamber related activities and facilitate project coordination and the implementation thereof.
