Overview


The Services SETA has 2 regional offices servicing the Eastern Cape Province.

The East London Regional Office ensures that we are inclusive in our operations by ensuring that  relevant stakeholders participate and are continuously informed of programs that are rolled out by our offices.
    • We have been successful in attracting organs of State to play a participatory role in our programs, such as the Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) and Industrial Development Zone (IDZ).
    • We have successfully trained SMMEs, SDFs, Assessors over the past 3 years.
    • Our ETQA division has assisted over 30 Training Providers to be accredited, and currently establishing Institutes of Sectoral or Occupational Excellence (ISOE).

    The Port Elizabeth Regional Office provides stakeholders with a professional, friendly and efficient service.

    • We constantly communicate with our stakeholders and keep them informed and up to date.
    • We believe in building strong relationships, making stakeholders feel welcome and appreciated, knowing that they are valued and respected.
