The Real Estate industry is currently undergoing major changes influenced by government departments in order to
better proffesionalise the industry. The Real Estate Chamber is responsible for facilitating the process of improving
the level of skills in this industry and to encourage entrepreneurship within this industry.  The Property Charter
signed in March 2006 is also relevant to this industry. With an adequate number of qualifications already developed
for this industry, our objective is to now focus on implementing programmes tha will address the needs of the industy
as well as fulfilll the key objectives detailed in the Property Charter.
