Marketing Communications is one of the many industries represented within the Services Sector. At the Services Seta we believe that Marketing is a Management process that identifies and anticipates customer requirements effectively and efficiently. Marketing is also a process of planning and executing distribution of services to organizations in order to create and maintain relationships that will satisfy individual and organizational objectives. The Chamber’s vision is to have qualifications registered with SAQA, sufficient number of Training Providers as well as to ensure international benchmarking within the Marketing sector.
