Postal industry is one of the largest levy contributors in the Services Sector. It encompasses National Postal Activities, Banking via Post Office, Mail Handling and Courier Services. Since the inception of the SETAs the Postal Chamber has, through Postal Services Standard Generating Body (SGB), developed Qualifications, Learnerships and Skills Programmes; trained Skills Development Facilitators (SDF’s), Assessors and Moderators and Accredited Training Providers.

| The Chamber has rolled out RPL programme to 500 employees in the Postal Industry and also implemented ABET Training nationally. |
