Are there any registered qualifications for the Labour Recruitment Industry?

The Chamber has the following qualifications registered:
- Labour Recruitment Services L4
- This qualification has 152 credits.
If I am a Labour Recruitment company but I am not a member of the Services Seta, can I change Seta's and if so how?
