In order to obtain your certificate you need to contact the Training Provider that facilitated the training session for you.

What training courses are available for employees of the levy-paying members of the Services SETA?

Please refer to the Services SETA website home page for current training courses that are taking place.

3. Question
Where may I find a Training Provider for a specific training programme within my region?


Answer
Please refer to the ETQA section, and search per region for an Accredited Training Provider.

How would I enrol on a Services SETA Learnership?


Answer

When applying for a Learnership, you need to submit your applications forms at the Services SETA regional offices.

5. Question
What type of company may apply for a learnership grants?


Answer

Any company that is paying skills development levy to the Services SETA may take part in the Learnership.

6. Question
How would the Services SETA assist unemployed learners?


Answer
All learners would need to upload their CV’s to the Scarce & Critical Skills database on the Services SETA website.

7. Question
Will the Services SETA give us a letter of exemption as an SME?


Answer

The Services SETA does not process registration of SME’s and whether they are exempt or not. These queries would need to be addressed with SARS (South African Revenue Services).

How do I become a board member?

Answer
In order to become a board member, your company needs to be a Services Seta levy-paying member. Further, your company needs to belong to an association recognized by the Services Seta as a Schedule 1 organization.
