If you are a levy-paying member of the Service Seta, you will have access to the following opportunities:

Are there any registered Learnerships for the Contact Centre Industry?

The Chamber has the following Learnerships registered:
  • Contact Centre Level 2- Support
  • Contact Centre Level4- Supervisor
  • Contact Centre Level 5- Management

I am a Contact Centre company but I am not a member of the Services Seta, can I change Seta's and if so how?
