Learnership Implementation through MOU for Services SETA Stakeholders

1. The Stakeholder will contact the Services SETA chamber which they reside with and that they pay levies to, in order to inform the chamber of their intentions.
   
   
2. The chamber will decide on the funding issues for the Learnership.
   
   
3. The Services SETA will then ask the Stakeholder to follow the other SETA’s Learnership Implementation procedures to participate as an Employer. Should the Stakeholder also wish to participate as a Training Provider as well, the Stakeholder must also fill in an application with the other SETA to participate as a Training Provider.
   

The processes differ between SETA’s thus only once the SETA has been specified the SETA whose Learnership they would like to participate, can the processes be made available to the Services SETA Stakeholder.
