| Purpose |
The person credited with this unit standard will be able to understand and apply the different processes of completing the recording of raw data for a marketing intervention. The focus is knowledge and skills for following basic interviewing and capturing procedures.
Range: Marketing Research refers to the systematic and objective identification, collection analysis and dissemination of information for the purpose of improving decision making related to the identification and solution of problems and opportunities in marketing.
The qualifying learner is capable of:
> Conducting interviews and de-briefing according to requirements.
> Capturing information from interview.
> Submitting correct questionnaires.
> Transcribing qualitative information. |
