- Develop and implement a Levy Grant "D" incentive scheme to encourage companies to prioritise Recognition of Prior Learning, prior to Training, Assessment or Certification taking place in the workplace.
- Develop models and instruments for the Recognition of Current Competency.
- Establish a network of Recognition of Prior Learning Advisors, nationally.
- Identify and accredit centres for Recognition of Prior Learning, nationally
